How To Track

To track your order on U2UShop.com is easy and simple. Below are the step-wise guidelines that need to be followed, they are:


You can track your order by simply going to “My Account” on the right top of the home page.


Once you click “My Account” the below screen will appear.





Now click “Order history” to get the summary of your order details like below.





Click “Order details” at the right top as highlighted above, once clicked, you will be directed to the next page where you will see the details of your purchase (Order Information), specially the status of your order at the bottom of the page. Right after placing the order, you will see the “Status: Processing”.


 



Your order will be carried out in 3 different phases:

  • Processed
  • Shipped
  • Complete


Phase 1: Processed


Once the order is processed by us (after accepting the order by the corporate seller), you will get the email notification for your order updates with subject line “U2U Shop (The Smart Online Shopping) - Order Update 38”. The content in the email will be displayed as follows:




Make sure that you also see your junk folder in case you have not received in your inbox.


Simultaneously, you can check “Order history” account in “My Account”.




Phase 2: Shipped


Once the order is shipped by the corporate seller, you will again get the email notification for your order updates with subject line “U2U Shop (The Smart Online Shopping) - Order Update 38”. The content in the email will be displayed as follows:




Make sure that you also see your junk folder in case you have not received in your inbox.


Simultaneously, you can check “Order history” account in “My Account”.


Phase 3: Complete


Once the order is shipped to you, you will again get the email notification for your order updates with subject line “U2U Shop (The Smart Online Shopping) - Order Update 38”. The content in the email will be displayed as follows:

Simultaneously, you can check “Order history” account in “My Account”.




Now you can enjoy FREE 15 DAYS RETURN.


If you are not satisfied with the product(s), you can return it for free and get a full refund. 


Leave Feedback


Now you can leave the feedback to the corporate seller (it will affect their ratings). Simply go to “Order history” and click “Leave Feedback” and follow the necessary procedures.




Review the Product


Now you can review the product(s) depends on your liking. Simply go to “Order history” and click the description of the item.




Once you click the description of the item, the page will lead you to the product page and then click “Review” under the images of the product.




Now write a review as per the liking of your product(s).




You can now proceed and click “Continue”. Once done the following message will appear.




Order information


You can see your order information anytime by clicking the following “Order details”.




By clicking the above, you will see the following “Order Information” which you have purchased.




By going further down, you will also see “Order History”, documented all 3 different Phases “Processed”, “Shipped” and “Complete”.
